COMPANY BACKGROUND

1992 Conservation Devices, Inc., was founded to develop products useful in energy conservation.

2002 Conservation Devices introduced the CDI 5200 flow meter.

2003 The company's name was changed to CDI Meters, Inc., to reflect the focus on compressed-air metering.

2006 CDI introduced the 5400 flow meter series and sold its 2000th flow meter .

2007 CDI moved to new, larger quarters in Woburn, Massachusetts.

2009 CDI produced its 7000th flow meter.

2010 CDI produced its 9000th flow meter.
