How much do your flowmeters cost?
Our standard flowmeters cost between $325-$2,945. You can find our price list here.
Do your meters come with a drill guide?
Because our drill guides can be reused, and some customers have access to machine shops to properly machine the necessary holes, nearly all of our meters are sold without a drill guide. The exception to this is our hot-tap meters (5250 and 5450).
You can find more information about our drill guides here.
Do your meters need to be recalibrated?
Can I use my flowmeter on a different pipe size?
Generally, no. Because our flowmeters are sized for a specific outside diameter, you could not take a meter made for 2″ steel and adapt it to a 1.5″ steel pipe, nor can we simply swap out the meter’s rings. However, if you have two different pipes with the same outside diameter (e.g. 2″ schedule 40 and 2″ schedule 10), the meter can be adjusted to account for the difference in inside diameter. We can make this adjustment at the factory or, if you have a Rev. 3 flowmeter, you can make it with a configuration cable.
Does your meter come with a power supply? Can I use my own?
All of our 5000-series flowmeters come standard with a 24Vdc wall-plug power supply and extension cable. Our 25-series and 6000-series do not come with power supplies but they can be added. You can find more information on our power supplies here.
All of our meters have terminal blocks inside the enclosure that allow customers to hardwire 24Vdc directly to the meter if a wall-plug power supply is not suitable.

What is the lead time for your products?
Due to COVID-19, shipping has been limited to 2-3 days per week. Consequently, a slightly longer lead time should be expected.
